Ferv Ceramic Eccentric Rotary Valve-------Efficient Solution for Challenging Media with High Self-Cleaning Capability

The FERV Ceramic Eccentric Rotary Valve is designed for optimal performance in challenging applications, featuring a full ceramic lining that ensures there are no dead spaces or corners. This design provides excellent self-cleaning capabilities, making it ideal for handling crystallizing, scaling, and clogging media. At 90° full open, the valve core and pivot are positioned outside the flow path, significantly reducing erosion, while the stem and pivot are protected by ceramic sleeves.

  • Full Ceramic Lining: Ensures no dead space or corners, enhancing self-cleaning properties and making the valve suitable for crystallizing, scaling, and clogging media.
  • Erosion Protection: At 90° full open, the valve core and pivot are outside the flow path, minimizing erosion. The stem and pivot are protected by ceramic sleeves.
  • Bidirectional Installation: Allows flexible installation, with a high Kv value and adjustable ratio up to 200, providing efficient flow control.
  • Lightweight Design: Lighter than same-size ball valves, the actuators require lower output torque, reducing weight and cost compared to same-size ball valves.
