The FCRV Ceramic C Rotary Valve features a unique C-type structure designed to handle the most challenging industrial conditions. With a mechanically connected and embedded ball core, protected by C-type lugs and a ceramic ball crown, this valve excels in environments with crystallization, scaling, caking, high solid content, and clogging. Its cavity-free design ensures no material accumulation, while the fixed ball structure guarantees low operating torque and reliable sealing performance.

  • C-Type Structure Design: The ball core is mechanically connected and embedded by C-type lugs and a ceramic ball crown, protecting the lugs from erosion and ensuring durability.
  • Concentric Design: Keeps the ceramic ball crown in close contact with the seat, scraping off adhered materials and maintaining excellent sealing performance.
  • Direct Torque Bearing: C-type lugs directly bear rotational torque, making it ideal for harsh conditions.
  • Cavity-Free Design: Prevents material accumulation inside the valve, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Fixed Ball Design: Prevents ball core movement under pressure, resulting in low operating torque and achieving ANSI Class VI sealing.
